The automation includes sending a reminder to customers 3 months, 2 months, and a month before the expiration of their car insurance. Only when a customer respond and has indicated his/her interest in the renewal, the Conversational AI will trigger the creation of a lead in OutPerform and a lead notification will be sent to the relevant sales representative to process the renewal. This not only saves sales representatives’ time to contact the customers one by one, but it also creates a sense of reliability and dependency for the customers, increasing their switching costs.
